These are our Basic, Advanced and Business hosting plans. Our Managed WordPress hosting is solely managed by our Web Support team. We will create a dedicated VPS for your WordPress website on a different platform. You will have access to the server’s back end, but any changes outside of what you see will need to be done via our Web Support team.

We carry our full ITA (IT Audit) to make sure that we are supporting all your IT needs. Once we have agreed on the ITA we then move your account into our Service Desk so that they and help support you!

Service Desk

Our service desk falls into 3 main areas, Reactive, Proactive and Maintenance. When something isn’t working, this is a reactive incident. proactive requests are normal procedures like setting up new staff or acquiring more licenses etc, and Maintenance tasks include antivirus and backups.
