***** Call recordings are held for 90 days within the tenant, you can export any or all recordings to third-party storage like Google Drive to retain the records indefinitely.

We carry our full ITA (IT Audit) to make sure that we are supporting all your IT needs. Once we have agreed on the ITA we then move your account into our Service Desk so that they and help support you!
Our service desk falls into 3 main areas, Reactive, Proactive and Maintenance. When something isn’t working, this is a reactive incident. proactive requests are normal procedures like setting up new staff or acquiring more licenses etc, and Maintenance tasks include antivirus and backups.
